Fancy Full Grain Sourdough Bread

Our household staple bread. Dense, heavy, flavourful. This is slow cooking, as good bread ought to be. It takes about 20 hours from start to finish, although most of that time is spent waiting for the yeastie beasties to do their thing. The accumulated time when you actually do anything is about an hour or so.
