I will try to be good.

Description

A very simple side dish for those lacking green foods in their lives

Ingredients

16ozpeas
1Tolive oil
2clvgarlic, finely chopped
1tthyme, dried
  salt
  pepper

Instructions

1. Heat the peas, garlic and olive oil in a skillet or pan at medium heat.
2. Add the thyme then cover and steam until the peas are cooked (~15 minutes)
3. Add salt and pepper to taste

Notes

16 oz of peas is one pack of frozen peas in most cases.

Depending on the pan, you may need to add more olive oil.

The quantities of all of the above ingredients are flexible; if you don't like garlic, for example, I recommend scaling it down to one clove. Just bear in mind that the dried thyme can be overpowering and I originally scaled it up so that I could taste it at all Smiling
