Which of The Twins is older, Nerr or Neya?
And, while we're on twins, of Allis and Issak, who is older?

Nerr was born before Neya; Issak was born before Allis.

I never, ever would've guessed that they'd parallel.

Either this question surprised me because the answer is in the story or else it simply wouldn't make sense any other way - or both. And Embodiments must naturally be suitable vessels.

Parallels within Mei's story? Never.

From the boy? nobody expected that, either.

I feel like I've been around long enough that people could figure that one out.

Birth order dosen't awalys indicate who is of the stronger will, or who is the leader and who is the follower. Some twins don't even do the leader/follower thing and are each their own person. Though it seems to me that Allis is the more dominant one and that Issak is the go-with-the-flow guy, but we've only seen a little of them interacting on their owns.

Very true, and as the younger half of a set of identicals, living proof that neither of us was ever a 'follower'. But I do contend that I was the 'good' twin, and my brother the 'evil' one. My proof? He's a Washington Lawyer! (Grin!)

Having just read your introduction of self, and knowing you're a Medieval History Prof, I would firmly agree that YOU are the good twin. The bro is obviously the evil. }:)

I'd say Allis is more often quite assertive, while Isaak is in general the more dominant one (just think of Temmin's and Isaak's first time together...)
