I just got it, and it's taking EVERYTHING IN ME not to sit here and read it from start to finish. AAAHH! But I have to go pack for my Atlanta trip or I'll be returning home wearing the same clothes I left in.

I had to tag and then hide the email, just so I won't download it and spend the whole night reading it (and next day) So can't do it.... but sooooooo want tooo.....

Soon, my precious, soon.....

... the time to actually read through the book at the slow, luxurious pace it deserves?

...do you have to read the thing! Biggrin

once. For each version I have. So that's at least two more reads. Then, after about a month, go back and read the first book. Again. Followed by the second book. Again....

... have read certain parts of the book multiple times now, I have read through the whole thing exactly once. And that was pretty much a rush job because I just plain couldn't pace myself, and I wanted to get the typo report to you as quickly as possible, too.

The second time around will be for pleasure only.

And should I ever emerge from the time sink that is parenting two kids with a sufficiently large chunk of undisturbed spare time at hand, the third time will be a very slow, careful read for wiki duty.

Now I have a reward for the evenings after a day of learning for my exams.
...
oh, who am I kidding *sob*. Must read. Will learn when finished reading.

I devoured the book, and it was delicious. Going to write you up a favourable review on Amazon, etc!

It won't be out on Amazon until mid-March. I'm waiting on the cartographer. Smile

And thank you!

For those of us gnashing our teeth for missing the pre-sale/Kickstarter, is there any word on the e-book date? Or a way to go ahead and buy directly? I'm dying to give you some money so I can read the whole thing!

I'm still waiting on the map, and the typographer's on vacation anyway. He comes back the 17th and I'm gonna give the cartographer a nudge. I'm still hoping for a 3/20 launch.

Bad news: I have a horrible cold, probably as the result of fatigue (worked too much for a month, didn't sleep enough, had too many trips to take, and hosted friends from out of town).

Good news: Being stuck in bed afforded me the down-time to finish book 2. It was actually a really good thing, in a way, because I could devote myself to the book and not have to be torn away from and/or be half-minded in all other tasks. Reading

And it. is. AWESOME!!! I posted on FB earlier that chapter 11 made me cry - big, sloppy, cathartic, nose-dribble-inducing tears.

Thanks for another wonderful book.
