Salutations

I'm Eala... it's been my nickname for longer than I can remember - short for Ealandariel, which was my first and main character in an online RPG I played for many years ;).

I too linked over from ToMU, and am VERY glad that I did. Absolutely loving the story!

I'm from the other side of the pond (Scotland to be more precise) so I tend to be a bit timezoned out and never quite know if I'm coming or going ;).

I feel you on the timezone thing. I never seem to get the stories when everyone else does, so I am usually the last to comment. Mostly I don't because everyone has already commented on anything I wanted to. I don't want to repeat what has been said, that's just the way I am.

Never been, though. We joke that I have a Scots problem, in that all these guys I adore always turn out to be Scots--Craig Ferguson, Neil Gaiman (I SWEAR I didn't know he was Scots when I fell in love with him), David Tennant, Alan Cumming--it's sad, really. Sir isn't Scots, but he wears (non-traditional non-plaid) kilts. He has one on right now, in fact.

Welcome to the non-US folks!

Mei, let me clarify my last post. I am an American working in Sweden. Don't know if I mentioned that when I posted my own 'hi' thread. I'm working over here providing support to the Swedish government on.......something secret, yeah that's it.

Oh, Mei. It's alright. Even if you did forget half of John Barrowman. Wink

I never forget ANY of John Barrowman. That nut! I adore him, especially when he breaks out with the Glaswegian. He's far, far too handsome for my tastes, though. I always say he wasn't born, he was put together in a lab by a focus group made up half of straight women, half gay men. The character of Senik is based on JB. JB, j'adore aussi.

*grins* I like that theory! "Ladies, your viewing figures just went up," indeed! I've been listening to his Broadway hits album lately, too, man can sing. And you win so hard for Senik, fyi. ;)
