New chapter up later today

Someone ponied up to meet the target of $10, and so we will have a new chapter today! Say "thank you" to the anonymous benefactor, people.

I'm on the West Coast of the U.S., so keep that in mind when I say "today."

I don't expect a repeat next week. I think this was a one-time act of kindness on the part of one person. But we'll see!
